AAK is currently headed by Dr. Harigovind Singh, a development practitioner who took over the leadership of the organisation from Dr. Kripa Shankar, a leading research scholar on land and labour issues in India. Dr. Harigovind Singh is supported by colleagues from the local community members in the area as well as professionals giving a balanced team with strong grassroots orientation as well as sound monitoring and reporting capacities.
