Arthik Anusandhan Kendra (AAK), a grassroots NGO based in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, has been working for over five decades to empower rural communities, especially women and children, through programmes focused on child rights, education, health, WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene), sustainable livelihoods and disaster response. Our field operations provide a dynamic and challenging environment for impactful development work.

While we currently have no open vacancies, AAK is always keen to connect with passionate and committed individuals who are eager to contribute to inclusive and rights-based development. We welcome students, recent graduates and experienced development professionals to share their CVs with us for future opportunities.
