For over last 50 years, Arthik Anusandhan Kendra has been working to empower marginalized communities—especially women and children—through programmes in child rights, education, health, WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene), sustainable livelihoods and disaster response. With a strong field presence AAK offers rich, real-world learning experiences for students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds.

We invite enthusiastic and socially conscious students to apply for internships and become part of our mission to bring lasting change at the grassroots. Whether you’re studying social work, public health, education, development studies, management, or any other discipline, your skills and perspectives can add value to our work.

As an intern, you will engage directly with field teams, participate in community outreach, support research and documentation and contribute to programme implementation. In return, you will gain practical exposure, mentorship from seasoned development professionals and a deeper understanding of rural realities and inclusive development.
