Hari Govind Singh is director of Arthik Anusandhan Kendra with an experience of more than 38 years in the field of development. He studied Masters in Defence and Strategic Studies in the year 1985. He is having wide experience of development sector and implemented various development projects. He conducted extensive capacity building and training of different stakeholders on livelihood, community development and other development issues. At present, he is also an executive member of National Literacy Misson Board, Uttar Pradesh.

Binod Kumar Sinha is a development professional having 17 years of experience in working on the issues of child rights, education, health, nutrition, gender, livelihood, local governance etc. He settled Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from Indian Institute of Rural Management, Jaipur. He worked with different national and international development organizations including Action Aid, Aide-et-Action International- South Asia and Oxfam India. He has been part of education and health network in the state and at National level and managed education and health awareness campaigns in multiple states.

Laxmikant Tripathi is a Post Graduate with more than 26 years of experience working in development field. He has also done B.Ed. He worked on the issues of livelihood, education, health, nutrition, child rights and other development issues. He managed a team of field team to implement development programs. He has been master trainer for school management committees in Uttar Pradesh.

Preeti Singh is a skilled accountant with 10 years of experience working in accounts and administration. She is a graduate from Kashi Vidyapeeth University. She has worked with various national and international development organizations including ADRA India, NLR India, AIACA and Terre Des Hommes Germany.

Prakash Gardia is a law graduate. He has been working in the development sector for more than 18 years. Prakash has worked with community-based organisations, campaign and resource organisations, funding agencies and NGOs – Oxfam Great Britain, Oxfam India, National Centre for Advocacy Studies, Arthik Anusandhan Kendra. Prakash has considerable experience of working on issues of health, education, natural resources management, food security and governance. While Prakash has managed multi-locational projects with complete project cycle management, he has also managed networks and has steered campaign initiatives on varied issues.
Prakash Gardia
Gulab Prasad has been a dedicated member of the Governing Board of Arthik Anusandhan Kendra since 10 October 2017. Born in the tribal area of Mirzapur district, bordering Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, he overcame the challenges of limited educational facilities to become the first in his village to graduate. For a decade, he provided free education to local children, leading to the establishment of a government school. His commitment to development earned him the position of village head, where he championed education, cleanliness, and other initiatives. Recognizing his dedication, the government appointed him to the Tribal Development Committee, further empowering his efforts to uplift his community.
